Well, it was a good weekend had by all. Baylor kicked the crap out of Rice, the Texans won handily, and Paul & the Lambs came to town. So, Micah and I have now posted new things on our blog, but Paul has not changed his in quite some time. Something to think about. Does he even care anymore?

Last Saturday my wallet was stolen and 4 fraudulent charges made before I could cancel everything. Today, I walked out to my car and didn't have to unlock it b/c some nice person had come in the middle of the night to break my door lock and empty the contents of my glove box and center console (oh and steal my speakers out of my trunk)(also, my car was broken into a few months ago and they did the same thing to my driver's side door lock). There goes maybe the last vestige of high school cool that I was holding on to. Oh well, at least there's more room in my trunk now for groceries. So, stolen wallet w/ now very possible identity theft and burgled car, now I'm lookin' for number 3. Bring it!

Micah pulled out to an early lead with his "prompt" comment to my last post, but Paul may give him a run for his money. One way for for the players to improve their positions is to mention their dear friend Ryan on their own blogs.

I'm finally done with my final final for this semester! However, since nobody reads this blog, I guess none of my "friends" will ever know I'm done. I wonder if it would make them feel bad to know that I know that Micah's ninja bunny hat picture is still up and still funny, every time I check it. Oh, Paul's blog is also very good with all his pictures from when there was snow outside somewhere (it's the middle of May now). The Office finale was hilarious last night. If any of you want to communicate with me you can do it via this blog or skype. My skype name again, for those of you who can't scroll down, is Ryan_Smith1. I should have a webcam in a day or two, if you should care to see and talk to me. You'll notice, I'm modernizing my life with all these very 21st century modes of communication. I'm hip like that. My kids, if/when/should I have them, will think I'm a cool dad. Oh, and they won't be able to pull fast ones on me. This is a long post with no other visual stimulation, but consider it your punishment for not visiting my blog more often. You'd probably feel guilty if you didn't read this whole post. Good.

We just got back from Dallas and man am I tired. I ate a lot. Paul drank a lot. I think everyone involved now has a new found passion for Guitar Hero 2. Paul, when you come to Houston next, which will be some time this summer, you'll have to bring the Guitar Hero. Na na na na na na na duh duh reeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrr!! Star power!!! Awesome. I rock.

It looks like Micah is a loyal reader, but Paul has fallen by the wayside. He has lost his faith in this time of silence. I'll show him by posting lots of wildly interesting things. For instance, yesterday, Angela and I went to a coffee shop. Right before we left, it started pouring rain outside. We had to wait out the storm in the coffee shop. If we had left like 10 minutes earlier, we wouldn't have had to wait. Isn't that crazy. It's like rain just comes and goes. Oh, and while we were waiting for the rain to let up, the song playing in the coffee shop --> "Riders on the Storm" Not J/K.

I am posting this b/c, as Angela pointed out, although I posted a comment on Micah's blog about finally posting something new, I haven't posted something since Thanksgiving. So. Have a good Good Friday. I'll also use this post to test the faithfulness of my "loyal" following. Micah, if you read this, comment. Paul, if you read this, comment. Anyone else, if you read this, comment. I realize that this assumes I'll be faithful to myself and check my own blog for comments, which I can't guarantee. Days after announcing their blog partnership to the world wide web of internet surfers, the Mr. Micah's (includes Mrs. Mr. Micah, Stephanie) have levied harsh criticism at Mr. Ryno's spelling prowess. Mr. Ryno admits the spelling error and has undertaken to write out, on a legal pad, "stephanieandmicah.com" 1000 times to ensure no more spelling mistakes will be made.

We come back from the grocery store laden with heavy grocery bags, then someone is in our apartment, then we talk to management and they've never heard of him. We go to the car dealership expecting to finalize our first car purchase, then they say they need more money on the down payment. We leave there to talk about it, then my car takes a dump. We pull over into Starbucks to let my car chill out, then we leave and I also have a flat tire. We pull into a gas station to put some air in the do-nut, then the compressor is out of order. Make that a double Smitty!
