Well, it was a good weekend had by all. Baylor kicked the crap out of Rice, the Texans won handily, and Paul & the Lambs came to town. So, Micah and I have now posted new things on our blog, but Paul has not changed his in quite some time. Something to think about. Does he even care anymore?

Those of you living in Waco might start thinking about entertaining your out of town friends as Hurricane Dean comes closer to Texas and possibily Houston. Until that day comes, I'll be preparing.

Murphy's Law

Last Saturday my wallet was stolen and 4 fraudulent charges made before I could cancel everything. Today, I walked out to my car and didn't have to unlock it b/c some nice person had come in the middle of the night to break my door lock and empty the contents of my glove box and center console (oh and steal my speakers out of my trunk)(also, my car was broken into a few months ago and they did the same thing to my driver's side door lock). There goes maybe the last vestige of high school cool that I was holding on to. Oh well, at least there's more room in my trunk now for groceries. So, stolen wallet w/ now very possible identity theft and burgled car, now I'm lookin' for number 3. Bring it!

Waco, here we come. My thanks to Micah for so affectionately referencing me on his blog. This last minute effort by Micah should earn him some much needed faithful friend points.
